LMA AND PLYFORM INTEGRATION: THE ACCELERATION OF EXCELLENCE
With great enthusiasm and a strong desire for further growth, we have given another speed up to the Integration Plan between LMA and Plyform: a Steering Committee coordinates each step of this project that will make the two Piedmontese companies of excellence even more competitive in their respective markets and then towards new commercial frontiers.
It is first and foremost a meeting of people, of professionals, of working groups that amalgamate and collaborate. And it is also a project, which transforms from as-is into to-be, focusing on the different driving functions of the integration: real action plans in Sales, Marketing, Production, Operations, R&D, Finance, HCM, Payroll, ICT…
This is how the rolling Industrial Plan is taking shape, which will guarantee new and greater performance for LMA and Plyform customers.
